capped at 60 students. The part-time academic will be responsible for all
aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test
preparation and evaluation.  The part-time academic should also be available
for two hours per week for consultation with students.  This position reports
to the Chair of the Department.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in English, or be in the final stages of a
Ph.D. program, or possess other academic and/or professional qualifications
deemed suitable for teaching the class.  Previous university-level teaching
will be an asset.
